Mühlacker, 6th November 2025 – This year, Craiss Generation Logistik GmbH & Co. KG is congratulating 23 employees on 10, 20, 25 or even 30 years of service to the company. Employed at seven locations and in numerous departments of the family-owned company, those celebrating their work anniversaries have, between them, tallied up a total of 385 years at the logistics service provider. The management is honouring their long-standing commitment and this significant milestone with a gift and a certificate.

"Each year, it is a great pleasure for us to see that so many of our employees have been part of our family business for such a long time. This mark of trust is one of the greatest compliments and something we are very proud of," says Dirk Fuhrmann, authorised signatory and Head of Human Resources, Insurance and Purchasing at Craiss Generation Logistik GmbH & Co. KG. To mark these many years of loyalty, the management has over the year given its thanks to a total of 23 employees at the Freiberg am Neckar, Kleinenberg, Mühlacker, Schwandorf and Warburg sites, as well as at the foreign locations in Sibiu (Romania) and Jasin (Poland).

This year is a special anniversary for Raphael Kemmer, who started his career at Craiss on 1st September 2000 with his training as a forwarding agent. He was initially responsible for the areas of scheduling and customer support in the Distribution department, where he worked as a team leader from 2012 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been responsible for sales in Mühlacker. Raphael Kemmer, sales employee at Craiss, says: "My various positions in the company have one thing in common: no two days are the same. Whether it's new challenges or the numerous training courses – at Craiss, I can always develop myself and learn for life."

While the company has continued to grow over the past 25 years, with new employees and locations being added, one thing has always remained the same: "For me, the team spirit and solidarity among the employees is what sets Craiss apart. Whether during day-to-day work, further training, celebrations or excursions: I can rely on my colleagues," says Kemmer.
