625 years of service with the company: Craiss Generation Logistik GmbH & Co. KG is celebrating this commitment to loyalty. 32 of its employees completed exceptional years of service in 2022. These employees marking a service anniversary have been working for the Baden-Württemberg family-owned company at five locations for 10, 20, 25, 30 or even 35 years now — be it in warehouse logistics, scheduling, the personnel department, or as drivers behind the wheel. Ralf Dauner has been with the company the longest: he has been working for the logistics service provider since he started his training in 1987 and now manages the warehouse in Mühlacker.
"For Craiss as an employer, the greatest compliment we can receive is when employees choose to remain with us, year after year," said Dirk Fuhrmann, authorised signatory and Head of Human Resources, Insurance and Purchasing at Craiss Generation Logistik GmbH & Co. KG. As a small token of appreciation for the many years of positive collaboration, all those at the Berlin, Bremen, Mühlacker, Schwandorf and Warburg locations who are marking a service anniversary have received a gift and a certificate.
A particularly big thank you was due this year to Ralf Dauner, who celebrated his special day at the Mühlacker site in September. The current warehouse manager has been with Craiss since his days as a commercial trainee. Today, Dauner has become indispensable due to his logistics experience and customer expertise, having coordinated two complete moves of the warehouse to other locations, praised Fuhrmann.
