This year, it was time for the shift to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard, in addition to the annual audit by TÜV Süd. This shift comes hand-in-hand with some changes: it emphasises the need to understand the entire context of the organisation and to know and meet the expectations of interested parties. The keyword "risk-based thinking" with regard to the definition of organisational processes is a new addition, and the stipulation of a process-oriented approach is just as explicit.
